Meet Our Staff
Jeff Harris
Vice President of Operations
Jeff Harris brings nearly 20 years of senior management experience to AWRC Industries. In addition to overseeing industrial services programs in Fort Wayne and Richmond, Indiana, Harris also manages Post Masters, a full service mail operation with multiple locations processing over 100 million pieces of mail annually; Blue Octopus Printing Company, a commercial print line of business; DOMA Document Solutions of Indiana, a document conversion company; and Highway Safety Specialists, a manufacturer and distributor of highway safety products throughout the country. He also oversees facilities management and ground maintenance of all commercial properties within AWRC and its affiliates.
Before joining AWRC Industries in 2007, Harris managed customer service and quality control teams at a Fortune 500 company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership and supervision from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana, and an MBA from Indiana Institute of Technology. Off the clock, Harris enjoys spending time with his family, relaxing at the lake, working on home improvement projects, and rooting on the Boilermakers during football and basketball seasons.
Laura Wadsworth
Director
Laura Wadsworth brings 27 years of human services experience to her position as Director of AWRC Industries in Richmond, Indiana. Wadsworth is a graduate of Indiana University and Ivy Tech, as well as a devoted employee with over 14 years of experience with AWRC’s Industrial Operations division.
Wadsworth is also a Certified Dementia Care Professional (CDCP), trained as a MODAPTS Analyst, a recipient of the 1999 CCDA Educator of the Year Award, and a recipient of the 2000 Cathleen Clark Professional Services Award. Off the clock, she enjoys cooking, camping, walking, and doing projects at home. Wadsworth also enjoys traveling across Indiana and Ohio to watch her grandsons, Casey and Logan, play baseball during the spring and summer.
Crystal Ashby
State Director
Crystal Ashby has been with AWRC Industries for three years, serving as State Director since the start of her tenure. Ashby currently oversees industrial services programs in Fort Wayne and Richmond, Indiana, as well as the Highway Safety Specialists division in Fort Wayne, a manufacturer and distributor of highway safety products.
Before joining AWRC Industries in 2019, Ashby served as the Area Manager for Elwood Staffing, supervising branch operations and business development for three locations helping companies to recruit, orient, and train new staff. During her time at Elwood, she also worked to ensure compliance, prepare budgets, and create and achieve company goals for the branches that she supported.
